Viernes
Play along at home:
1. "I live too many miles from the ocean / And I'm getting older and odd"
2. "Darling when I was your age / I could do anything"
3. "Trust in your calling, make sure your calling's true"
4. "You said I should call you up / But I knew much better than that"
5. "With a tight grip on the short hairs / Of the public imagination"
6. "Now everybody do the propaganda / And sing along to the age of paranoia"
7. "Up above aliens hover / Making home movies for the folks back home"
8. "You were so cool / You could have put out Vietnam"
9. "I found some blood I wasn't meant to find / I found some feelings that we'd left behind"
Couldn't find a video for song No. 1, so here's this one instead:

3 is REM, one of the early songs, can't remember which.
7 is Radiohead, from OK Computer, Subterranean Homesick Alien?
I could remember both, but I'd have to stop listening to Gorillaz...

6 is obviously American Idiot. I always liked "Jesus of Suburbia" myself.

That Liz Phair song is my favorite of hers. I just can't play it in front of the kids. :)

I haven't been up to much lately. Eh. I just don't have anything to say right now. I've pretty much been doing nothing worth mentioning. That's how it is. I haven't gotten anything done.

Not much on my mind right now. Today was a complete loss. So it goes. I've just been sitting around waiting for something to happen. I've basically been doing nothing , but I guess it doesn't bother me.
